Online orders also carry a 4% platform fee, deducted from each payment before it reaches your bank — this covers payment gateway charges. Counter sales carry no fee at all. Quarterly, half-yearly and yearly billing is available at a lower monthly rate. Every payment comes with a GST tax invoice.
